We are a small but passionately motivated company specializing in quality promotional products and a wide range of printing options. We’ve come a long way in the promotional products industry, so we know exactly which direction to take when supplying you with high quality yet budget-friendly products.
Our beginnings go back to 2005 when my friend Dave and I conceptualized a printing business in my basement. Actually, it was initially to print wedding invitations. It’s funny how things change. If we get the opportunity to speak at some point in the future, if you are interested, I’d be happy to tell you the story.
Dave decided to become a teacher and bestow all his years of business experience on to the next generation of incredibly lucky Business Administration students. They honestly have no idea how lucky they are, he’s a heck of a teacher, has incredible business acumen and his students love him. I thank him for the insight and the countless hours of either validating or slamming down my ideas. Without those conversations, none of this would have happened. Thanks Dave!
The last business I was involved in before the promotional products and print industry, was selling used vehicles direct to Chrysler and GM car dealers. This was in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s. Our investor pulled back in 2003 and we closed the doors. During our time in business we used many different methods to try and attract the car dealer's attention. Phone calls, faxes, emails, letters and countless hours of me driving through the country-side visiting car dealers. Then we found some success with postcards. I became very familiar with the print process and found ways to print them for less and less each time. I bought a lot of postcards. In fact, I became conscious of what print companies were taking as margins on the same product I was buying. I joked at that time about selling print for less money because of what I had learned. When the car business shut down, I did just that. I took the postcard and made it the size of a business card and sold it at $99 for 1,000 cards. In our first 2 years of business we sold nothing but that card to over 400 businesses.
Then our customers started asking for more; postcards, brochures, presentation folders and other products, so we started offering more printing options for our customers.
In 2010, we placed our first pen order with BIC for a customer and also ordered some for ourselves that we handed out to our customers. I very quickly realized that our customers were hungry for pens and other quality promotional products as well as ways to help market their businesses.
Today, we have grown to over 2,000 customers and while still offering a full line of print products, we have gathered numerous collections of promotional products by quality suppliers that we are proud to offer. Since we first started out, our passion for helping our customers find the best solution for their promo needs has been our driving force. We make sure the quality and the price line up so you’re never embarrassed by the promotional items your company gives out.
